ABOUT THIS COFFEE: Inspired by our local surf break, the Topaz blend has the spirit of an epic beach day in mind. It's classically sweet and undeniably inviting with a creamy milk chocolate-like body with hints of graham and a bright stone fruit finish.

OUR FAVORITE WAY TO BREW:Topaz is an all time classic, and is honestly great however you choose to brew. Our go-to is with a Chemex at a 16:1 water to coffee ratio. This really brings out the sweetness in the cup.But if we are waking up with the sun and hitting the road sometimes we cravethe fuller body and richness that a french press provides (also with a 16:1 brewing ratio).
